JACKSON ZONING BOARD HEARING ON SHUL APPLICATIONS IS CANCELLED DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES


The Jackson Township Zoning Board was scheduled tonight to consider 2 shul applications, however, the meeting was cancelled due to technical difficulties.

Board officials discovered that there were some Open Public Meeting Act violations relating to the 2022 and 2023 Re-organization meetings and public notices which precluded tonight's scheduled meeting from proceeding.


Instead, the Board will hold a special meeting pursuant to on Friday, at 1:30pm to cure Open Public Meeting Act violations. At that meeting the Board will adopt a new calendar for meeting dates for the coming year.


The meeting will take place in the main meeting room of the Township's Municipal Offices.
