Jackson's Flair neighborhood off of Brewers Bridge Road will soon receive a new neighbor on the block - Lakewood Cheder's Jackson boys school, FAA News has learned.
The Lakewood Cheder has just recently obtained a $2.1 million mortgage to purchase a 12 acre site on Brewers Bridge Road near Green Valley Road. The contract sale remains pending closing.
The Flair neighborhood is just down the road.
Initial Site Plans have already been drawn up for a 132,159 sq foot building and are scheduled to be presented to the Jackson Township Planning Board in May.
The project has already received preliminary Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority approval for city sewer and water services.
