The Lakewood Township Planning Board has quite a packed agenda tonight!
Beginning at 6:00pm tonight at Town Hall, the Board is scheduled to consider the following applications:
• SD 2550 Petal Holdings LLC for 2 duplex structures (4 duplex units) at the southeast intersection of Martin Luther King Drive and Center Street. Read more on this application here.
• SD 2551 and SP 2516 Tower Park Equity for a 115,236 sq feet retail shopping mall in the Cedarbridge Corporate Campus. Read more on this application here.
• SP 2517 Beth Medrash Govoha for a Planned Educational Campus housing project including 600 residential apartments, playgrounds, and a child care center and banquet halls.
Curiously, Board Engineer Terry Vogt, who certified that he reviewed the architectural plans and Environmental Impact Study, does not mention the proposed banquet halls in this 15 page review of the application.

• SP 2519 - 118 Ocean Avenue LLC for a 350 children child care center on Spruce Street and Washington Avenue.
Neighbors have retained Attorney Jan Meyer Esq. to represent their opposition to this application. Read more on this application here.
• Ordinance review - The Board will also review the Township's proposed ordinance which will ease building setback requirements for corner lot homeowners.
Read more on this proposed ordinance here.
The Board's public hearing will take place beginning at 6:00pm, at Town Hall, 231 3rd Street. The meeting is open to the public. Members of the public may speak up in support of, or in opposition to, any application.

I think it's a beautiful campus BMG is planning on putting up. They should have staggered porches for sukkas.
