Lakewood Cheder School Inc., the parent organization of Bais Faiga, has just closed on the $990,000 purchase of the adjoining property at 1202 Clifton Avenue, FAA News has learned.
The sellers are Aaron Lieber, the Estate of Selma Lieber, and Zahava Stein.
Bais Faiga has been located at 350 Courtney Road for numerous decades. In 2010, construction commenced on the Bais Anya Junior High School building which is now located at 1210 Clifton Avenue.
It is not yet known what expansion will be built on the newly acquired lot which public records indicate is just under 15,000 sq feet in area.
The single family residential property is currently assessed at $312,100. The Fiscal Year 2023 property tax bill is $6,872.12, Township records indicate.
