Congregation Khal Chasidei Spinka Lakewood has just entered into a contract to purchase the property at 26 Linden Avenue, FAA News has learned.
The seller is Shaul Halpern.
The property is 7,500 sq feet in area. The annual property tax bill in 2022 was $7,149.51.
Khal Chasidei Spinka is currently located next door at 615 Bergen Avenue. That property was purchased in July 2018 for $535,000.
In an apparent deceptive plan to sneak away from providing adequate parking for the shul, the developers told the Planning Board only that the building would be used for "a school for students age 18+ who live in the immediate area," (schools with one big Beis Medrash require much less parking as they are than shuls which are calculated by square feet).
