Toldos Yaakov Yosef Skver has just entered into a contract to purchase a property in Jackson Township, FAA News has learned.
The property is located at 525 Basso Street, near South Hope Chapel Road.
The entire site, which currently contains a single family home, is 4.02 acres in area.
The yeshiva has not yet submitted any Site Plan to the Township's land use boards indicating their future plans for the property. It is possible that it may be used for a girls school.
The parcel is currently assessed at $221,400.
Annual property taxes in 2023 were $8,696.64.
