The number of pedestrians struck in Lakewood Township increased considerably in October from September.
As previously reported here on FAA News, back in May 2023, Mayor Coles had no answer to Central Avenue resident Avi Gordon who questioned why traffic safety isn't taken into consideration as more and more construction is approved.

The town of supposed yeshiva leit drive like F1 race car drivers with no consideration for anyone else. A horrible display of middos, but an accurate reflection of our town. Full of learning torah but no torah affecting them. That's what happens when you do the daf but the daf doesn't do you.
