When Reina's son was ticketed for driving an unregistered vehicle and the car was impounded, proper police protocol, Reina was furious and expected special treatment. He received none.
When Reina's daughter was ticketed for speeding and failing to wear a seatbelt, again Reina sought special treatment. None was forthcoming.
In his own words Reina makes clear that he has waited for payback and while he has a council majority he has decided it's time to move against Kunz.
