The Lakewood Township Zoning Board of Adjustment's regular meeting scheduled for tonight, May 6, 2024, has been canceled.

Applications for tonight included 

Lake Terrace - to obtain use variance and final site plan approval to allow the use of this property as a catering hall.

Naomi Stavsky (Gorelick) - to construct a 2 story addition at 185 Monmouth Avenue

Eli Rosengarten - to construct an inground pool at 5 Belgian Hill Road

Kalman Groner - to construct a single family house, with variances for side yard setbacks on Read Place

Prime Insurance - to construct a new office building at 960 East County Line Road

Chaim & Shoshana Weiner - for an addition and expansion of home office use at 1576 Lanes Mill Road

All applications scheduled for tonight will be heard on June 17, 2024 at 7:00pm in the Lakewood Municipal building auditorium located at 231 3rd Street.

No new notices from the applicants to interested property owners will be mailed or sent.

Additionally, the Board has scheduled a special meeting on the Lake Terrace application, to take place on Monday, May 20, at 7:00 P.M. at the Lakewood Municipal building auditorium, located at 231 3rd Street.
