Presidential Transportation bus company has just agreed to an out-of-court settlement over a lawsuit charging a bus driver with colliding into a minor who is a resident of Pawnee Road, FAA News has learned.
According to the complaint filed in New Jersey Superior Court in Ocean County by Lakewood Attorney Samuel Zev Brown, Esq., on March 9, 2023, while driving in Lakewood, the bus driver collided and struck a minor, causing them to sustain several injuries.
Following settlement negotiations, the bus company, which is insured by Harleysville Insurance Company (Nationwide) has just agreed to settle the claims arising from the collision.
The amount of the settlement, which includes the attorney’s fees, has not yet been disclosed on public records.
As previously reported here on FAA News, Jay's Bus Service recently settled a lawsuit over an injury to a minor for $75,000.
