Jackson Township’s Planning Board on Monday night unanimously approved Kehilla D'Brookwood 4's expansion project.
The shul site is located at 1231 Aldrich Road at East Concord Concourse.
The Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval is to construct a House of Worship consisting of approximately 4,392 s.f. addition to the 2,914 s.f. dwelling. The dwelling and addition will be converted to the house of worship with associated site improvements.
The architectural plans depict 2,952 sq feet of shul area, a 1,948 sq foot simcha hall, and a men's mikvah.
The site plan provides a total of 50 off-street parking spaces, with driveways on Aldrich Road and East Concord Concourse.
Kehilla D'Brookwood was represented by Attorney Salvatore Alfieri Esq.
No members of the public objected to the site plan application.

Really bad place to put a shul, can't wait for all the accidents to happen. SMFH!
