The Jackson Township Council is apparently in a huge rush to pave the way for additional dense housing.
The Council tonight voted to hire CME Associates to prepare plans for additional affordable housing in the Township.
Mordechai Eichorn is expected to be the developer of these new homes.
Curiously, Jackson Township was one of the first municipalities statewide to agree to build additional affordable housing.
What's the big rush to do all this great work already now? Are the council members rushing now because they are scared they won't get reelected and then it will be too late?

Apparently the Builder has them in the pocket even after they lose the election, if not why are they rushing?? מרדכי did well foe himself.
someone is fitting Mike Reina s bill in tomahawk. Mike is eating away in Tomohawk every other day. Why would he sit in a kosher restaurant which is double the price then an American local restaurant? Obviously his buddy buddy and partner the big builder is paying the bill. Just saying. bon appetite.
Mike Reina is very good at skating right up to the edge of criminality without crossing the line.Everyone in New Jersey essentially pays a corruption tax.It occurs when the people who hold public office figure out how to game the system in ways that enrich them and their cronies without breaking any laws....That would be your answer to someone when ask why is New Jersey such a looser corrupt state.
ANO 8:15 - ur right. and it happens when the people vote for the same crooked cronies.
