The Jackson Township Planning Board on Monday night unanimously granted preliminary and final major site plan approval to Bais Medrash Hope Chapel to construct an approximate 17,076 square foot shul and mikvah building.
The shul site is 250-252 North Hope Chapel Road.
The site plan depicts 113 off-street parking spaces.
The use is permitted in the R-3 Zoning District where Houses of Worship are permitted. No bulk requirements were sought.
Bais Medrash Hope Chapel was represented by Attorney Adam Pfeffer Esq., Engineer Yosef Portnoy, and Architect Naftoli Gut.
