Beis Din Zedek of Lakewood has just issued a siruv against Joseph Deutsch, the registered owner of Above 105 River LLC, the landlord of a local business, FAA News has learned.
The tenant has attempted to adjudicate the landlord's demands - of significantly increased rent - in Bais Din, however the landlord refuses to withdraw his pending civil court eviction filing.
Accordingly, Beis Din Zedek of Lakewood has just issued the following siruv against Joseph Deutsch, the registered owner of Above 105 River LLC, the landlord.
