Assemblyman Ned Thomson (R-District 30) is calling for lawmakers to return to Trenton to vote on a resolution he is introducing that urges the federal government to rescind grants made by the State Department to the Phoenix Center for Research and Field Studies- a group with ties to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, two known terrorist organizations.
“In the wake of these horrific acts of terrorism, it is imperative that we reaffirm our support for Israel. I am echoing Congressman Smith’s call for these State Department funds to be rescinded and am calling on every lawmaker in this state to do the same. We must return to Trenton for a special session to send the message that New Jersey stands with Israel and supports the nation’s right to defend itself from terrorism. With an unidentified number of New Jerseyans and Americans currently stranded overseas with no way to get home, the time for action is upon us,” said Thomson.

Yesterday 14 individuals got together to send in their absentee ballots.
Thirteen people voted for Ned Thompson.
Only one voted for Avi Schnall.
It seems that the Oilum is waking up and ignoring our biggest problem called the VAAD.
Predictions are that Schnall will lose by a landslide.
