The story began a number of years back when an individual was unliked in the Oak and Vine neighborhood, leading to rumors getting started in attempts to drive the family out of the pristine neighborhood.

Those original attempts did not work, so, community members banded together to find a guy who could get the job done. In arrived Chaim Gross.

Per court filings obtained by FAA News, Mr. Gross originally befriended the man, giving him money and assisting him with finding employment.

However, these friendly measures were simply to enable what came next.

Chaim pushed the guy to talk more about his personal life. Chaim very quietly recorded these personal conversations - which ultimately included things which the man thought he was telling Chaim in confidence.

Actually, Chaim took the recordings straight to the police department and got the guy arrested.

This arrest ultimately led to the man just now sent to State Prison for a 3 year term.
