Bais Din Zedek which is under the auspicies of Rav Yisroel Knopfler, has just issued a Cease and Desist Order to Adam Pfeffer and Ian Goldman, the attorneys representing the tenants of Prime Apartments, FAA News has learned.
Bais Din typically authors orders only to parties to a dispute and not to attorneys. This Cease and Desist Order was issued directly to the attorneys due to the seriousness of the mesira.
