Kollel Kodshim has a contentious Site Plan application pending before the Lakewood Planning Board.

The neighbors have already been in Bais Din on numerous occasions with the Yeshiva administration. Bais Din has ruled that the neighbors have legitimate concerns which they may present to the Planning Board.

On Tuesday night, the Planning Board held its second hearing on the application.

Many neighbors attended the public hearing to voice their concerns regarding the application.

The neighbors were represented by Attorney Jan Meyer Esq., a frum attorney from Teaneck.

At one point during the public hearing, BMG Rosh Yeshiva Rav Dovid Schustal arrived to speak passionately regarding the application.

As soon as the Rosh Yeshiva arrived, the entire room showed proper Kavod Hatorah.

While the Rosh Yeshiva was standing at the podium, waiting to be recognized by the Board, Avrohom Haberfield of Kollel Kodshim decided that it was an opportune time to call Mr. Meyer "Hamas."

The world is still reeling from Hamas's Simchas Torah  attacks. In fact, just today, close to 300,000 people marched on Washington in support of Israel. The timing could not have been worse.
