ATTORNEY ADAM PFEFFER GETS EPIC CALL OUT

It's not every day that the Lakewood Planning Board calls out Attorney Adam Pfeffer.

At a recent public hearing, an epic call out is exactly what occured.

Mr. Pfeffer represented an application for several new duplex units on a local narrow road.

Numerous neighbors voiced opposition to the variances being requested, citing the existing congestion on their roadway.

Specifically, the neighbors stated that the developer has constructed more basement apartments than he was permitted and that has led to more on-street parking than their road can handle.

Mr. Pfeffer stated feebly that "more than one basement unit is illegal, so only one is permissible and that is all that is proposed."

In response, the neighbors whipped out an advertisement for houses on this block that describes two basement apartments with separate entrances.

Mr. Pfeffer did not explain the hypocrisy and stated only "we’ve agreed to only one basement apartment with only one entrance."

Board member Yair Stern immediately put Mr. Pfeffer in his place with an epic call out. Mr. Stern also urged the Board to deny the variances.

Acting Chairman Bruce Stern cheerfully offered a motion to approve. Justin Flancbaum offered a second to the motion.

Mr's Bruce Stern, Flancbaum, and Weiss voted in favor. Mr. Yair Stern voted against the application. Mr. Luwish abstained from voting.

Who cares? He lies openly and boldly, and it still gets approved.
This town and its boards are horrible and corrupt.
