Washington, DC residents Dan and Fani Brandenberg have just sold a total of 11.51 acres of land they owned on Brook Road in Lakewood.
The parcels are adjacent to the Brook Burnside project where the Zoning Board approved construction of 43 single family homes across 12.73 acres of land on lots as small as 11,033.43 sq feet where 15,000 sq feet is required.
The Brandenberg's sold 7.5 acres across the 8 lots shown in the maps below for $4.4 million to Lakewood-based Company of Ed, LLC.
