As previously reported here on FAA News, Lipa Klein repaid for his Shuttle Bus Liaison position by bringing Rabbi Avi Schnall to Rav Pinchas Vind, the Belzer Dayan for a show of support.
As previously reported here on FAA News, in return for getting the Belzer Dayan to support Rabbi Avi Schnall, Lakewood Township officials immediately doubled Lipa Klein's Shuttle Bus Liaison salary to $150,000.
The Belzer Dayan also authorized a voter registration drive which was held immediately in the Belzer shul.
Public records obtained by FAA News indicate that a total of 60 residents in the 2 surrounding voter districts registered to vote in the 2 months prior to the October 17 deadline to register to vote.
Of these 60 new voters, 40 registered as Unaffiliated, 11 registered as Republican, 8 registered as Democratic, and 1 joined the Green Party.
Tovia (Thomas) Rosenberg, a Lakewood developer who is connected to Township Committeeman Meir Lichtenstein and Avi Schnall, also held a voter registration drive in the Mosdos Sanz Klausenberg Kehilla in the Oak and Vine neighborhood.
Public records obtained by FAA News indicate that a total of 80 residents in this voter districts registered to vote in the 2 months prior to the October 17 deadline to register to vote.
Of these 80 new voters, 47 registered as Unaffiliated, 29 registered as Republican, 3 registered as Democratic, and 1 joined the U.S. Constitution Party.
